Physiotherapist focusing on gynecological physiotherapy and buccal massage
O mně
In choosing my life profession, I hit 200 percent. I can't imagine doing anything else. I have always been fascinated and interested in the human body — in itself, but also in connection with the psyche, health, beauty and femininity.
I graduated from a bilingual grammar school in Slovakia, and during my studies I discovered physiotherapy as my path -- even though everyone expected me to go to medical school. But I did not want to prescribe drugs or perform operations. I wanted to help in a more natural way — through movement, touch, breath. And that's exactly what a physiotherapist does.
My first regular “client” was my mom. She had a sedentary job and suffered from stiffness in the area of her shoulder blades. Various vegetative symptoms, such as heart palpitations or increased blood pressure, have also been associated with this. Even then, I was able to intuitively find her trouble spots, relax them — and within a few minutes her pressure dropped and her heart calmed down. I found that I really enjoy it.
I completed my bachelor studies in Olomouc, where I was interested in these connections between the musculoskeletal system and internal organs, as well as physiotherapy of functional sterility and care of pregnant women.
I completed my master's degree in Brno. During it, I worked in an outpatient clinic, and after school also in an oncology institute with patients with various diagnoses. After that, I worked in my own private outpatient clinic, where my interest in gynecological physiotherapy was definitely confirmed and became my main specialization.
I have also tried sports physiotherapy and working with athletes, but my heart has always drawn me to women and their topics. As a mother of two boys, I had the opportunity to experience gynecological physiotherapy also from the perspective of a client, which opened up an even deeper understanding of this area. Gradually I got to more alternative techniques — breathing exercises, relaxation and working with emotions, mind and subconscious. However, I leave these areas to experienced psychotherapists.
I will be happy to offer you my physiotherapy services. I am most satisfied with gynaecological physiotherapy and the care of women — about their health, beauty and psychological well-being. In addition to classical physiotherapy focused on the pelvic floor and its surroundings, I also use face yoga and neck, face and head massage. The mouth and mouth area are closely related to the pelvic floor area — and some massages are not only deeply relaxing, but also very pleasant. In addition, regular massages also bring a cosmetic effect — the skin looks younger, fresher and wrinkles are visibly smoothed.
